Immigration Law

Immigration Law Forum 2024

Description:

This seminar is specifically designed both for experienced immigration lawyers and those who may never practice immigration law during their career. The first half of the seminar is focused on family immigration, court, enforcement and asylum issues, while the second half of the seminar focuses on investment and employment immigration issues. The schedule is packed with government speakers, so be sure to make plans to join this informative program!

Please note that the morning sessions are unable to be recorded due to agency policy, so you'll definitely want to join us in-person to reap the full benefits of these speakers.

We are accepting pre-submitted questions for 2 of the sessions! You can submit your questions for the USCIS Asylum office and the OPLA, ICE, and USCIS Nashville speakers at the links through 12pm CT on Friday, May 3.
