Biography

Marlene Eskind Moses is a graduate of Nashville School of Law and was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1980. Marlene practices in the area of family law litigation, mediation, and collaborative law. She is an active member and past President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, current Vice-President of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Diplomate and Executive Committee Member of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, and Past President of the Tennessee Supreme Court Historical Society. She also publishes quarterly articles regarding family law in the Tennessee Bar Journal. Marlene was the first designated Family Law Specialist in the State of Tennessee by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.
