Vice President and General Counsel (January 1996-Present) - North Mississippi Health Services, Tupelo MS. the largest non-profit rural health system in the country, consisting of 6 hospitals, the largest of which is North Mississippi Medical Center, a 650-bed, not-for-profit regional referral center (the largest hospital in the state) and winner of the 2006 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Healthcare.

Senior Leadership Team (September 2013-January 2014) - part of four (4) person Leadership Team charged with managing the North Mississippi Health Services Health system during the absence of a system CEO.
