Hugh Kendall has practiced law in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for over 40 years. He practices in the areas of estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. He is a graduate of The McCallie School and received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from The University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Chattanooga Bar Associations, is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates Section of the Chattanooga Bar Association, and is a member and former Chairman of the Tax, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation. He is a past President of The Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga, the Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, and the Tennessee Federal Tax Institute. He is a Fellow and Past Regent of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
