Ethics

Airplane Etiquette and Attorney Ethics

Description:

There are ways to behave on an airplane, and there are ways not to behave on an airplane. It’s the same thing in the practice of law. Join the CLE Performer, Stuart Teicher, as he makes comparisons between air travel and lawyering. Topics include:

  • The airport, and the tribunal. They are both sacred spaces (Rule 3.3)
  • Treating flight attendants with respect (Rule 3.5)
  • When your seat-mate is a pig (Rule 8.4(d) and professionalism concerns)

Learned quite a bit about the basic ethics rules, but very entertaining as well!

Stuart was an awesome presenter. He was funny and engaging. So many times these CLE's can be stale and boring but he kept my attention and infused relevant material in the program. He is an excellent presenter!!

Great way to get through the ethics rules

I learned more than this . . . but Stuart keeps your attention exceptionally well!! Plus, I now know to just eat yogurt and "plane" bread on a plane. (You will understand the humor only if you listened to the whole program.

Great and entertaining way to present the rules and give fresh insight into application.

Enjoyable and informative presentation!

Worth the time

kept my attention!
