Description: This course continues the series of four text-based online CLE ethics programs. As with the initial offerings, Ethics for Tennessee Lawyers programs, you will be presented with a series of scenarios requiring you to analyze factual situations, consider specific portions of the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct, Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 8, and answer questions regarding your ethical obligations. Individual rules will be cited herein as “RPC _____”).
As with all our programs, a degree of interactivity is afforded to a specially created e-mail address which allows you to ask questions, present scenarios or offer remarks to the author. As with the other programs, when possible, it is anticipated that the author will respond via e-mail to registered participants. Please take advantage of this service to better educate yourself and to enjoy the full benefits of the experience
