DUI: Statutory Update

Description:

The Tennessee 108th General Assembly (2012-13), undertook the task of reorganizing the DUI laws, most of which became effective on July 1, 2013. Less sweeping changes resulted from the 2013-2014 legislative session. In this program Attorney Sara Compher-Rice will summarize the 2013 legislative updates and DUI law reorganization, discuss the requirements for a restricted driver’s license, and finally, a summary of the 2014 legislative updates.
