General Practice 2014: Knoxville Fast Track

Description:

This program offers topics important to Tennessee lawyers who practice in solo or small firms. The first part of the day will provide topics such as psychological evaluation issues in child custody cases, employment law basics, and estate administration.

The second part of the day will provide attorneys with information in regards to juvenile court practice, ethical issues in criminal law, guardianships and conservatorships, and strategic marketing.

Lunch will be provided to all attendees

This FAST TRACK program gives attorneys the opportunity to obtain their 15 hours of required CLE in one day out of the office! How does this work? Join us on August 22 in Knoxville at the UT Conference Center for a 7-hour live presentation on the latest developments in the law, this presentation includes 5 hours general credit and 2 hours of dual credit. Upon registration you will receive 8 hours of pre-paid credits that you can start using immediately on any of the 200 plus online videos in our catalog, any of our upcoming webcasts, text programs, or any of our educational games to complete the remaining dual and general credit hours for the year.
