The first part of the program will talk about the new Reform Act of 2013 and the second part will discuss 2013 Reforms to the TN Workers’ Compensation Act. Attorney Bruce Fox will start out the session by discussing how the Reform Act will affect medical and indemnity benefits. Some things discussed include: New Definition of Injury, Selection of Medical Provider, Impairment Ratings and Utilization review. Then attorney Joey Johnsen will go over new rules for Workers’ Comp cases.
