In this session Attorney Tim Gibbons will give a brief overview and discussion of the statutory provisions of the Prompt Pay Act and Mechanics liens law, including the timing for various notices. He will also identify some potentially unresolved legal issues relating to the Prompt Pay Act. The speaker will apply these good practices toward our hypothetical commercial and residential projects.
