Description: This seminar is specifically designed for both lawyers who are experienced immigration lawyers, and for lawyers who may never practice immigration law during their career. The three federal immigration government agencies that will be represented at the seminar are:

1) The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services
2) The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement’s Office of the Principal Legal Advisor
3) The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Overall, this seminar will explain, and highlight both the current duties of, and policy updates regarding the three different, but interrelated federal immigration government agencies. This seminar will provide most current updates regarding granting and removal of nonimmigrant, immigrant, and citizenship benefits.
