The TBA Criminal Justice Section brings you a program that offers practitioners an advanced analysis to the practice of criminal law. Going beyond the basics, topics will deal with evaluating juveniles and adults in connection with psychological evaluations and competency. Special consideration will be given for lawyers who deal with sex crimes. Evaluations relating to sex crimes will be reviewed and offer insight for advanced practitioners in this area. We will also discuss how to deal with a handwriting expert during trial.
