Description:

This session will provide you with two aspects of rulemaking in Tennessee. The first will be the role of the Government Operations Committee in the rulemaking process and issues concerning the scope of its legal authority. The second half of the presentation will be about the Tennessee’s rulemaking guidelines, general process, and common issues dealt with by the Tennessee Secretary of State office.
