Description: The practice of real estate law (as described herein) is sometimes referred to as “transactional”, as it deals with the close of a sale or loan transaction. Although there are certain basic components to all real estate transactions, the commercial real estate transaction will require a technical expertise that is not usually needed in the closing of residential real estate sales and/or loans. This session will focus on commercial real estate transactional practice and the technical aspects of the conveyance or mortgage of commercial real property.
