Description: This program will discuss the new 2-page I-9 form which was released by the USCIS on March 8, 2013 and has a number of changes from previous Form I-9s. It must be utilized by May 7, 2013 for all new hires. One important thing to know and will be discussed is the new Form I-9 does not mean that current employees should fill out a new Form I-9. The USCIS also issued a revised M-274 “Handbook for Employers," which will be discussed.
