Description: This three-hour program held in Jackson is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Sean Lewis with Music City Visa will teach you how to determine clients’ immigration status, determine client’s immigration goals and options, and how divorce and crimes might affect their immigration status and options.

Stephen Shields of Jackson Shields Yeiser & Holt will provide tips and best practices in negotiations - to include: professional and legal framework for negotiators, developing a bargaining strategy, and psychological insights.

Linda Warren Seely, with Memphis Area Legal Services, and Carl Seely with Divorce Incorporated will review best practices in Juvenile Court. Discussion includes Juvenile Court’s exclusive and concurrent jurisdiction, evidentiary concerns, identifying the players in Juvenile Court, and practice tips.
