Carolyn Schott of Baker Donelson will provide an overview of franchise, excise tax and exemptions, sales tax, and inheritance and gift tax during her session on Tennessee Taxes.

Michael Williamson of The Williamson Law Office will discuss what happens in divorce cases when bankruptcy is involved.
