Description: There are many obstacles to succession planning for your law practice -- many start with our own fears and resistance, or maybe we are just too busy and don’t know where to start. This program will discuss practical tips, estate planning for your practice, and fellow practitioners will share with you the steps you can take to make sure your clients, staff and pending matters are taken care of. Don’t be caught off guard when unplanned changes because of death, disability, or unexpected retirement affects your practice.
