Mr. Voigt heads Sherrard & Roe’s health care law practice, spending the majority of his time representing providers and provider-owned and affiliated entities of all types, including physicians and physician groups of all sizes, hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, sleep centers, independent practice associations and medical malpractice insurance companies, with a significant emphasis on the governance and regulatory aspects of these businesses. Mr. Voigt has significant experience with internal medical group issues, governmental investigations and inquiries, hospital-physician integration, and medical practice combinations including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
