In order to receive the Tennessee Bar Association discount, reservations must be made by December 11, 2012.
It is important that each guest contact Snowmass at 866-956-6319 by December 11, 2012, and identify themselves as part of
The Tennessee Bar Association group, and provide guest name, home or business address, email address, any bedding
or special requests, and check in and check out dates. If reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit
is refunded, less a 10% booking fee of total reservation value. If cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival, a refund is based on
a re-rental of the unit, less a 10% booking fee of total reservation value. No refunds are made on unused nights resulting from
late arrivals or early departures, regardless of cause.
