Description: This program offers topics important to Tennessee lawyers who practice in solo or small firms. The first part of the day will provide attorneys with some basic overviews in regards to child custody, child support, divorce, and estate planning.

The second part of the day will provide attorneys with information in regards to what to do when your client files bankruptcy, handling criminal cases in court, intellectual property basics, and storm damage and insurance claims.

This FAST TRACK program gives attorneys the opportunity to obtain their 15 hours of required CLE in one day out of the office! How does this work? Join us on August 24 in Knoxville at the UT Conference Center for a 7-hour (general credit) live presentation on the latest developments in the law. Upon registration you will receive 8 hours of pre-paid credits that you can start using immediately on any of the 300 plus online videos in our catalog, any of our upcoming webcasts, any of our text programs, or any of our educational games to complete the remaining dual and general credit hours for the year.
