What Attorneys Need to Know about the New Amended Code of Judicial Conduct

Description: Join us on May 9th for The Code of Judicial Conduct seminar that will be held in Nashville. Since this marks the first time in more than 20 years that a new set of Judicial Conduct rules has been adopted by the Tennessee Supreme Court, attorneys need to know the most important information that will affect them in their profession. Produced by Gail Vaughn Ashworth, who was instrumental in the work to help make this amendment happen, the seminar will cover timely topics such as disqualifications/recusals, an advanced overview of the Amended code and other hot topics that relate to attorneys. Speakers include: TBA Task Force Chair T. Maxfield Bahner of Chambliss Bahner & Stophel, Reporter Sarah Y. Sheppeard of Sheppeard Swanson & Mynatt, and TBA Task Force Member Lucian T.
