Description: This CLE will provide a general overview collaborative divorce law practice as it has developed in other states. Information provided is drawn in part from recent training at Vanderbilt Law School for Tennessee attorneys, mediators, financial professionals and mental health professionals. The recent training was presented by Barbara Davis, J.D., Chris Craig, J.D. and Kim Wright, J.D. all of North Carolina. Basic principles of collaborative practice will be explained, and research and practical resources will be offered.
