Description: Join us for 3 hours of Ethics Credits featuring presentations focused specifically on ethics and professionalism in corporate counsel practice. We will discuss recent proposed revisions to the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct; issues surrounding the multi-jurisdictional practice of law; and enjoy a panel discussion centered on the ethics of managing outside legal counsel.
