Description: A hostile work environment harassment claim is perhaps the most complicated and elusive of any discrimination claim. I believe this is because the Supreme Courts of Tennessee and the United States have defined the most important "elements" of a hostile work environment claim in terms of "factors" to be considered instead of establishing clearly defined criteria that an employee has to establish.
