Description: This course is a primer on sexual harassment laws in Tennessee.

The course starts with a summary of the components of a sexual harassment claim. Participants are presented with factual scenarios to illustrate common (or even uncommon) issues in quid pro quo sexual harassment claims. Along the way, there are discussions and questions relating to the application of the statutes of limitation in harassment/discrimination claims, along with some evidentiary and procedural questions that arise fairly frequently in all types of discrimination cases.
