Sharon Frankenberg is a sole practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience. Her practice primarily focuses on bankruptcy, collections and real estate, usually representing the lender/creditor/landlord side. She has successfully handled appeals to the Sixth Circuit and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Sharon is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations and is a Past President of The East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women. Sharon received her BA degree from U.T. Knoxville and her law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law. |
