Matt Curley is an Assistant U.S. Attorney and serves as Civil Chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, where he oversees the Office’s affirmative civil enforcement efforts and civil health care fraud matters. Matt was previously a partner at Bass Berry & Sims. He is a past-chair of the TBA’s Litigation Section and has served on the TBA Litigation Section’s Executive Council since 2008. |
